Dimensions was honored to participate in the 2014 Hampton Designer Show House, working with interior designers from Gil Walsh Interiors to create this exuberant sitting room, as a tribute to the late designer Betty Sherrill. Venetian Plaster walls in Mrs. Sherill’s beloved daffodil yellow, inspire and delight. A custom stencil was used to create rose bouquets embedded into the venetian plaster. Evita Caune, Riptide Finishes and Melanie Rzepecki, The Venetian Plaster company, certified Dimensions Plaster artisans, created the finish.

The trim throughout the house was given a verdigris finish with several coats of varying colors of Veilcalce, then “aged” by artisan Jerry Troyer. The cover of a Veranda magazine was the inspiration for the homeowners.

The entire master bath was plastered with Travertino, then sealed with our VOC-free waterproof sealer. The rich grey color, and no grout lines create an inviting ambiance, giving the walls a “stone” look. - Juan Murillo, artisan
